1st Course: Paired with JOLO PINK
Shrimp Cocktail- served with crème fraiche cocktail sauce
2nd Course: Paired with Golden Hallows
Goat Cheese Salad- served with roasted beets, oranges, shaved red onion, mixed greens, and JOLO’s homemade lemon caper vinaigrette
3rd Course: A Choice Between
Prime Rib (Paired with Carolus XII)- served with potato gratin, mixed root vegetables, creamy horseradish, port wine demi glace
Salmon Oscar (Paired with Golden Hallows Reserve)- served with lump crab, asparagus, white wine butter sauce, potato gratin
4th Course: Paired with Muddy Paws (Port Style)
Chocolate Mousse Cake- served with berry coulis
